Rich shiny brown, sequins overlapping like a fir cone. Pretty copper beadcap, nice piece of neo-Victorian filigree (design goes with the beadcap) for wings.

Now they look like a hybrid, as though one parent was the tall fir in our front yard, the other the spreading maple next to it. Is this evolutionary progress?

They're hung on goldtone lead and nickel free French hooks, and have rubbery "earring stuffs", as my supplier calls them, to slide on behind your ears. If you'd prefer copper, convo and we'll change the wires before sending them to you.

They may be a bit confused, but I think they look good, and if you want chunky but extremely lightweight earrings that will go with earth tones and just about anything else, these are for you.

This piece should be fine under normal wearing conditions. I would, however, keep it outside car shoulder belts and away from animals and small children.
